At Buttafly Kisses, we take great care in preparing and shipping our delicious treats to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We offer Flat Rate, 2nd Day and other options at checkout.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, based on the best available service for your location.

Warm Weather Shipping

To ensure your treats arrive in the best possible condition during warmer months:

We may include insulated packaging or ice packs for temperature-sensitive items.

Orders containing perishable treats may only be shipped Monday–Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.

We recommend selecting an expedited shipping option for heat-sensitive products.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your treats, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items at Buttaflykissesatl@gmail.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If available, international shipping times may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
