Ordering/Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
To ensure you receive the freshest vegan treats possible, we ship Monday through Thursday, so your vegan treats get to you quickly and are not held up in a postal facility. All orders received after 10 am Wednesday EST will ship out the following week/shipping day.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are sent via FEDEX/UPS/USPS Priority shipping. Once your order has shipped average delivery times are 2-5 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address? Please email us at: Buttaflykissesatl@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

How to keep your sweet treats tasting their best!
To maintain the utmost freshness over a longer period of time, we recommend placing your treats in the freezer. They freeze extremely well! Just allow them to thaw out at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
